The ideal class during pregnancy
The time of pregnancy is very special and keeping your flexibility and well-being during that time is crucial. Deep, conscious breathing permeates the body and establishes a deeper connection to the baby. The soft and gentle movements are save during all trimesters of the pregnancy and easy to do. Releasing stress and anxiety through this class will bring you back to your source. The birth canal is strengthened and the pelvic floor activated as well as relaxed. Practicing pregnancy Yoga regularly will prepare and assist you towards giving birth.

Simone has been practicing Yoga since more than 10 years. As certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (300-hours Yoga Alliance) she has been living, loving and teaching for almost 3 years now in Zurich.
Jivamukti Yoga is physical and intellectual challenging and inspiring Yoga. A typical Open class consists of flowing vinyasa sequences partnered with Sanskrit chanting, traditional Vedic and contemporary teachings and commentary, breath awareness, meditation, hands-on alignment, and deep relaxation. To keep the classes inspiring the Asanas are sequenced in a lively manner and are varying every class. Exuberant, eclectic music from Mantras to The Beatles and Moby plays an integral role within Jivamukti Yoga.
In our western civilization very often we are focusing on a physical practice. More and more people aspire a fit and healthy body. But a lot of them find much more than that. Which starts as a physical practice some day touches heart and soul of an originally not-at-all spiritual student. Jivamukti Yoga offers a great opportunity to deepen your Yoga practice.
