Edith has been practicing yoga since 2002 and, together with her sister Brigitte,  did the "Yoga Alliance International 200 hours Teacher’s Training" (YOGA ALLIANCE Certified Instructor, B.K.S. Iyengar) with Glenn Ceresoli and Lance Schuler in 2005. Still continuing on her yoga path with Brigitte, she completed her Yoga Therapy education from 2006-2008 at Remo Rittinier’s AyurYoga Center in Zurich.

Edith predominantly subs for other teachers and mostly teaches Vinyasa Beginners, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Since 2011 Edith has been supporting Christina und Brigitte in the Planet Yoga Teacher’s Trianinig (Yoga Alliance, 200 hrs).

Edith will finish her education in Zen Shiatsu Therapy in Spring 2012.
