Sandra has always enjoyed moving. Her entryway was classical ballet, modern and jazz dance. Sandra discovered Yoga eight years ago and immediately fell in love. She has taken the Yoga Alliance 200 hours International Teachers's Training with Glenn Ceresoli, Lance Schuler, Clive Radda and Christina Waltner in 2007.

At Planet Yoga she teaches a Vinyasa Beginners class on Wednesday morning and Tuesday evening. Her teaching is colored by enthusiasm and sincerity and emphasizes on explaining the Asana precisely.

Sandra is married and has two daughters which have attended the last Kid's Yoga course at Planet Yoga.
