Conditions

By purchasing a Planet Yoga subscription, the purchaser agrees to the following terms:

SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE PERSONAL AND NOT
TRANSFERABLE OR DIVISIBLE

SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-CANCELABLE
​
SUBSCRIPTION DURATION
The term of the subscription is binding. Paid but not or only partially used subscriptions expire after their period of validity. There is no entitlement to reimbursement.

PRIVATE LESSONS
​
Agreed dates for private lessons are binding. Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the full amount is due.
​
SUSPENSION/RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION
In the event of illness, accident or pregnancy, current subscriptions of 10 and 20 as well as unlimited subscriptions for 6 and 12 months can be interrupted for the duration of the absence. Illness/accident/pregnancy must be reported immediately in writing to office@planetyoga.ch

Certain unlimited subscriptions can be extended during holidays or for compelling professional reasons.
6-month subscriptions can be extended by a maximum of 2 weeks. Each absence must be at least 1 week.

12-month subscriptions and memberships can be extended by a maximum of 4 weeks. Each absence must be at least 2 weeks. Such extensions must be requested in advance in writing via office@planetyoga.ch. Subsequent extensions are not possible.
BENEFITS
​Lehrlinge, pupils, students, senior citizens and the unemployed receive a 20% discount on all subscriptions upon presentation of the corresponding valid ID. Kultur-Legi holders receive a 30% discount on all prices for classes and subscriptions (excl. workshops and training)​.

WORKSHOPS
​
Registrations for workshops are binding. Course costs will only be reimbursed in the event of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate. In the event of a course cancellation by the organizer, the amount paid will be refunded. If canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the course or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
CHANGES IN STUDIO OPERATION

Changes in the timetable or in the teaching staff can be made at any time. There is no entitlement to reimbursement.

WITH YOUR REGISTRATION YOU CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT

My health is good and allows me to actively participate in yoga classes. I inform my teacher about special physical or mental difficulties before the lesson. I understand that touching between teachers and their students is a part of yoga teaching and can occur. If I don't want to be touched, I tell Teacher. I am aware that yoga can lead to physical injuries if I do not perform the exercises according to the instructions of the teacher or if I do not respect my resilience and limits. I accept that Planet Yoga AG declines all responsibility and liability for complaints or injuries of any kind that occur in connection with attending yoga classes at Planet Yoga AG. I accept that Planet Yoga AG accepts no liability for lost or stolen valuables on its premises. I take note of the studio and subscription regulations (in particular their
period of validity), which are mentioned in detail on the timetables and the homepage. With my signature, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the above information and conditions.
