Together with the villas location on Praia Grande and its unforgettable sunsets, endless coastal walks, surrounding national parks, and the truly beautiful towns of sintra and cascais to explore, we offer you a chance to rewind, reset & recharge & to take a week to indulge in a detox that is all about you!
Each day we will explore the many different aspects of ourselves through a selection of yoga, breathing & meditation classes, supported by the delicious culinary experiences of fresh, local produce, carefully prepared by our wonderful chef.
