CHAKRA BALANCING FLOW WITH SARAH - A SERIES OF 7 FRIDAY YOGA FLOWS (1)

Chakra Balancing Flows with Sarah will introduce the chakra system and how it is related to yoga and wellness on 7 Fridays during the first half year of 2020.

Each 2 hour flow will cover the basic characteristics and functions of an individual chakra. There will be a combination of a short introduction, pranayamas, mantras, chanting, mudras, meditation with visualizations, as well as a yoga practice to help simulate and balance the specific chakra.

The chakra flows are designed to introduce and deepen your self exploration journey through the chakra system. The word chakra in Sanskrit means 'wheel.' Traditionally there are 7 energy 'wheels' located along the spine of the body. We balance our chakras in order to clean up outdated, dysfunctional or negative programming that may be getting in the way of living our best life.
