About the event

New Year's retreat with Holger (online)

Together we create a space to find breadth and openness in the body, in thinking and feeling - at the end of a year that was challenging for many, in which fear, overwhelm, anger and loneliness sometimes made our eyes and our hearts narrow and small.

All three classes contain a meditation, a pranayama sequence, and an asana practice. They each have a specific focus and can be visited individually, but they also build on each other and lead into heart openings from different directions. Basic knowledge of Pranayama & Asana is recommended.

Day 1 (12/30/2020, 8:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.): Trust & acceptance (asana focus: standing positions, hip openings, bending forward)

Day 2 (December 31, 2020, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.): Courage & curiosity (asana focus: core, twists, inversions)

Day 3 (01/01/2021, 5:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.): openness & connection (asana focus: side openings, shoulder/neck/head, backbends)

The retreat takes place via ZOOM and is streamed from a North Sea island. There is a playlist for each class on Spotify.
