Get in the mood for Christmas this evening with mantras and let yourself be seduced and carried away by two Zurich mantra and kirtan specialists: Paola and Johannes. Singing mantras is a wonderful and very simple method of yoga to get beyond our thoughts and into the moment. Through mantra chanting we can discover great joy and peace within ourselves. It opens our hearts, gets congestion and blockages flowing, charges us with new life energy and can thus become an incredibly liberating and inspiring experience. Join in and sing with us!
