Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Planet Yoga subscription, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Subscriptions are personal and not
TRANSFERABLE OR DIVISIBLE
Subscriptions are non-cancellable.
SUBSCRIPTION TERM
The subscription period is binding. Paid but unused or partially used subscriptions expire after their validity period. There is no entitlement to a refund.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Scheduled appointments for private lessons are binding. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full amount is due.
SUBSCRIPTION ...
In case of illness, accident, or pregnancy, ongoing 10- and 20-class passes, as well as unlimited 6- and 12-month passes, can be paused for the duration of the absence. Illness, accident, or pregnancy must be reported immediately in writing to office@planetyoga.ch. A doctor's certificate is required in all cases.
For holidays or compelling professional reasons, certain unlimited subscriptions can be extended. 6-month subscriptions can be extended by a maximum of 2 weeks. Each absence must be at least 1 week. 12-month subscriptions can be extended by a maximum of 4 weeks. Each absence must be at least 2 weeks. Extensions must be requested in advance in writing via email to office@planetyoga.ch . Retroactive extensions are not possible.
DISCOUNTS
Apprentices, pupils, students, senior citizens and the unemployed receive a 20% discount on all subscriptions upon presentation of the corresponding, valid ID. Holders of the KulturLegi card receive a 30% discount on all prices for classes and subscriptions (excluding workshops and training courses).
WORKSHOPS
Registrations for workshops are binding. Refunds are only issued in cases of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate. If the organizer cancels the course, the amount paid will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course begins or for no-shows.
CHANGES IN STUDIO OPERATIONS
Changes to the timetable or teaching staff may occur at any time. There is no entitlement to a refund.
