Daniel Rama & Ness Baker return to Planet Yoga for three dedicated weekends of deep practice.
Each weekend includes: 4 workshops (3 hours) & 2 masterclasses (2 hours)
These weekends form part of our TT200, TT300 & 100H Advanced programs and have been opened to a limited number of external participants.
Spaces are therefore limited. Early booking is recommended.
You can book individual sessions or reserve a full weekend pass.

3 WEEKENDS IN JUNE
WORKSHOPS
WEEKEND 1 – June 6th & 7th
Front Splits:
Approach front splits with structure and intelligence. This workshop focuses on hamstring length, hip flexor mobility and active control to safely progress toward Hanumanasana. Through targeted drills and progressive sequencing, you build usable range of motion while strengthening the tissues that support deeper extension.
Inversions:
Discover the principles behind a stable inversion practice. We break down foundational shapes such as headstand and forearm balance, focusing on alignment, strength development and safe entry techniques. Suitable for all levels looking to build clarity and confidence upside down.
Arm Balancing:
Arm balances become accessible when mechanics replace guesswork. Explore leverage, shoulder positioning and core engagement through progressive drills that support poses like crow and beyond. This session builds strength, coordination and confidence without relying on momentum.
Middle Splits:
Middle splits require more than flexibility. We explore hip structure, adductor strength and intelligent alignment to safely increase range of motion. Learn how to combine mobility work with active control to move toward straddle and side split variations with greater stability.
WEEKEND 2 – June 13th & 14th
Robust Body:
Strength that supports longevity. This workshop blends functional movement principles with yogic discipline to help you build a resilient, adaptable body. We explore joint conditioning, controlled loading and structural awareness to strengthen shoulders, hips and spine.
Creative Sequencing:
Sequencing is both art and structure. Ness shares her approach to building cohesive, challenging and inspiring flows that feel intentional from start to finish. Learn how to layer themes, transitions and peak moments while maintaining clarity and accessibility.
Fluid Transitions:
Movement becomes powerful when it becomes seamless. Explore how to connect postures with control and intelligence. Learn to shift weight efficiently, use breath to guide transitions and develop flow without sacrificing structure.
Spine & Shoulders Mobility:
Healthy shoulders and a mobile spine are essential for strength and longevity. Through targeted drills and fluid sequences, you improve thoracic mobility, shoulder stability and overhead range to support backbends, inversions and arm balances.
WEEKEND 3 – June 20th & 21st
Inversions & Arm Balancing:
A complete immersion into balancing on your hands and forearms. Understand the shared mechanics behind inversions and arm balances, and develop confidence in crow, headstand and forearm balance through intelligent drills.
Flexibility & Mobility:
Flexibility without strength is unstable. Mobility without awareness is limited. This workshop develops usable range of motion, particularly through the hips and lower body, while strengthening the tissues that support deeper work.
Handstand Skills:
Refine your handstand with precision and purpose. We break down entries, alignment strategies and balance refinement. Recommended for practitioners who can comfortably hold a wall handstand and are ready to progress with clarity.
Intelligent Backbending:
Backbending should feel empowering, not compressive. Explore spinal extension through intelligent preparation and structural awareness. Learn how to distribute extension safely and approach shapes like wheel with confidence and control.
